The darkness isn’t finished with you, as House of Torment wraps its 2019 fall season this weekend. Can you brave the Blackout event taking over the grounds? On November 8th and 9th, get ready for a dark descent into terror as you and your friends are sent into the twisted maze underprepared with a single glow stick to share between you… but every good monster can see in the dark.
All three of the previous chilling attractions will snuff out the light, to create a single maze to navigate in complete darkness. The creatures following you can take the glow stick from you, leaving you to feel your way through the inky blackness of the maze. A horde of nightmarish creatures will truly make you afraid of the dark. While your group is armed only with one glow stick, the monsters are equipped with night vision technology to enhance their ghoulish taunts and tricks.
All guests must sign a waiver, and this experience is not recommended for those under the age of 13. As their website warns, “there is no room for the faint of heart, there is no time limit, and there is no escape.” Take caution before signing you and your friends up for this frightful challenge. Tickets are $26.99 and are going fast, so make sure to book your final scare of the season as soon as you can.
