Jim recently found out about Mentryville the oil town of Santa Clarita. When oil was discovered, the companies filed in, and a town sprouted up around the wells. When the oil dried up, so did the town.
Now Evan Decker works to maintain, restore, and preserve the history of Mentryville. Jim ran into Evan while exploring and he gave him a personal tour of the grounds!
