SDCC 2019 – Lego Brings The Toys!

It’s hard to think about San Diego Comic Con, without a couple staples, and one of them is the Lego Booth, located at #2829.

As a company that has been a part of almost every con-goers childhood, they continue to create an amazing and engaging experience at the convention to capture the imagination and attention of the younger con attendees.

While in the booth, Lego fans of any age can take part in a couple cool, and free, activities that allow you to bring home a suvenior from the con.

  • Build Your Own Comic Book – Step up in a relatively short, and fast line for a once in a convention experience. Design your avatar minifig, and answer personality questions within three franchises, Batman, Spider=man and Star Wars. Your choices will change the dialog within the comic book.
  • Build Your Own Custom LEGO minifig – With a large workstation filled with tons of options, make an unique minifig that captures your style, then you can pose it in many minifig dioramas, that serve as photo booths for your minifig. From franchises like Jurassic world, to art installations, you’ll get many unique pictures to share with family and friends.
  • That being said, a lot of fans came to the booth for exclusive convention items.

The convention exclusives are DC: The Dark Knight of Gotham City, Lego Star Wars: Sith Trooper Bust, and Marvel: Captain Marvel and the Asis. (Pictured below.)

Once you are done shopping, and building, make sure to check out Lego’s Master Build models. We’ve included pictures from both the brand new Sith Trooper, but also from the amazing model for Batman!

Before we go though we want to mention the Lego minifig giveaway, which takes place in the Sales Pavilion in the convention center, at 9:30am, and instantly grants winners a unique minifig. Make sure to visit before 9:30am or regret it!
