San Diego Comic Con 2019 – Open Registration!

Unfortunately, the time is upon us again!

Do you want to attend San Diego’s 50th Comic-Con? Well unfortunately if you haven’t created a Comic-Con Member ID on their site, then you will not be able to participate in the open registration for the convention.

But, that being said, lets pretend that you have done that. Then what do you do next? Well make sure that all your information “here” is fully up to date with all your information. Then keep your eye out for an email to arrive on or before November 8, 2018. This code is key.

Make sure you have your password, and username right, or else you might get screwed.

On November 10, 2018 at about 8:00 to 8:55 A.M. enter that waiting room via the link in your prior email.

Now this is where the only thing aiding you to get tickets, is a random number generator.

If you are registered/eligible and in the Expo Logic waiting room, then you will be “Able” to buy tickets, but only if your number comes up. As you wait, you will get updates about people luckier then you who are getting their tickets, and how many tickets are currently left so that you don’t get your hopes up if or when you get into the ticket purchase screen.

Slowly as you wait, Saturday will disapear first, then Friday, then Thursday, and then Sunday will be gobbled up. I wish you luck in getting your tickets.

What can you do to increase your luck? well team up with about two or more other hopefuls. Give them your Comic Con ID name, so that if they get in, they can get you tickets, and if you get in, you can get them tickets. Doing this will give you a different chance that one of you might get in before they run out of tickets.

That being said, if you get in, then Nerd News Social will see you at the covention. We will be there.
