Chef’s And Dishes Announced For Bravo’s Top Chef Food & Wine Festival

We earlier talked about how Universal Studios Hollywood is bringing a fine dining event to the park, see it Here, But now the park has announced who will be present at the first Bravo’s Top Chef Food & Wine Festival.

Fan’s favorite chef, Shirley Chung of Top Chef will be helming the festival, and will include a menu created to match the styles of the series, Top Chef.

Cheftestants from the upcoming 17th Season along with Eric Adjepong, Jennifer Carroll, Stephanie Cmar, Lisa Fernandes, Kevin Gillespie, Jamie Lynch, Brian Malarkey, and Joe Sasto will be creating and serving these dishes:

  • Roasted Red Snapper with Green Tomato Salsa Verde
  • Lechon with Papaya Pico di Gallo
  • Drunken Doughnuts with Champagne Raspberry Jam
  • Yuzu Aguachile with Dragonfruit & Avocado and Liquid Nitrogen Chocolate Mousse
  • *Vegan and vegetarian dishes will also be available.

    VIP tickets are currently sold out, but hurry up and get your general admission tickets before they too are gone.
