LA Times Brings “The Taste” to Paramount Picture Studios

If you are looking for something to do for the Labor Day weekend, at the end of the month, I highly recommend checking out the Los Angeles Times’ “The Taste”. They will be hosting three days of delectable culinary samples from some of the best and brightest chefs and restaurants in all of Los Angeles.

However that isn’t all, as they will be working with dozens of wine, spirits, and breweries to offer something to wet the whistle of their attendees.

Where will this all be happening? At Paramount Pictures Studios backlot, the perfect place in Los Angeles to enjoy the finer things. An “Only-in-L.A. Experience”.

Tickets are $115 for general admission and $190 for the VIP ticket.

The VIP tickets include:

  • Free parking on the paramount gates, worth $15.
  • First in access to the event.
  • Access to a VIP Lounge with seats.
  • Exclusive Cocktails from Suntory.
  • VIP only exclusive dishes!
  • Behind the Scenes Studio Tour at Paramount Studios.
  • … and the ability to mingle with other VIP talent and guests.

Well worth the extra $75 dollars, especially since the studio tour alone normally costs $60 dollars, and parking is $15. Its like getting the lounge, drinks, and sushi is free!

Each evening will have a collection of food and drinks that won’t be the exact same collection as the night before. Giving each night a unique and amazing experience.

Friday, August 30, 2019 – Day One – 7:30 – 10:30 p.m.

On the Food stage they will have Cooking Demonstration from Giorgia Sinatra (from Pasta Sisters), Chiara Soldati (from La Scolca), and Pawan, Nakul & Arjun Mahendro (from Badmaash).

Tickets to the event covers you for the sampling of food and drinks, as well as the stage shows/activities. Remember though, as alcohol is present at this event, it will be 21 years and older. So this is unfortunately not an event you can bring your children to.

If you can’t make it to this event at the end of the month, don’t fret as they will also be hosting the Costa Mesa “The Taste” on October 18 to 19 as well.
