Movies Releasing For The Week Of September 28, 2018

We are back for another week. Ready to get my … Interesting take on movies?

Here is what movies are coming out tomorrow, and if we suggest you watching them.

Golden Job – Releasing 09/28/18
Rotten Tomatoes Reviewer Score – (None Available Yet)

A team of serious criminals attempts to perform a solid and charitible act of helping out a refugee camp, by stealing medicine. Unfortunately due to a member double crossing them, they actually steal gold from a very dangerous person. One of the members is in jail as a result, and the group is tasked by the victim of the theft to find the stolen gold, and track down their former ally.

Though this is a subtitled foreign film, the action and camera work is amazing and enthrolling. If you are looking for an amazing action film, I would recommend checking this out. Unfortunately the audience that enjoys action films usually won’t give subtitles a chance…

Hell Fest – Releasing 09/28/18

Imagine if Halloween Horror Nights had horrible security. That’s this film. A patreon of the park begins killing guests of their halloween mazes. One group of friends gets his attention, and he begins picking them off one by one. At first they think his actions are part of the parks events, and none of the other patreons and security believe them as a result of the festivities. Who will survive?

Well, this is a pretty solid attempt at a horror movie, it plays with modern societies love of horror maze inspired parks. Small shout out by the way to the Queen Mary’s Dark Harbor. Buy tickets now! (#NotSponsored) If you want to attend an event, I can not recommend a better place then them. They spend all year round doing ghost hunting expeditions, and many people believe the boat itself to be haunted. There is just something amazing about walking a horror maze on a ship believed to actually be haunted.

Moving past our love for the Queen Mary’s event, if you can’t make it to an event similar, I would recommend watching this movie. I will warn you though, this is likely going to ruin horror mazes for you as you will wonder if it was real or not!

Night School (2018) – Releasing 09/28/18
Rotten Tomatoes Reviewer Score – (None Available Yet)

Kevin Hart plays an adult who is forced to attend an adult class with the hopes of obtaining a GED. From the people who produced Ride Along and Think Like a Man.

Look it’s a Kevin Hart film with his very specific Kevin Hart style. The only thing I can say besides the basics, is that it’s staring Tiffany Hadish (who is hilarious), and the director of Girls Trip. So, if you can’t stand Kevin Hart, walk away. If you love Tiffany Hadish, then run to it. If both apply to you… Wear an eye patch?

Smallfoot – Releasing 09/28/18
Rotten Tomatoes Reviewer Score – 76%

An animated adventure that asks the question, what if Bigfoot exists, and is just as befuddled about the idea of humans (or smallfoots) existing. A young (smaller yeti) finds proof of a “Smallfoot” and tries to convince his tribe of their existence. When he is unable to convince he ventures outside to prove the truth to his people.

If you have kids you are seeing this movie. I am so sorry.

Summer ’03 – Releasing 09/28/18
Rotten Tomatoes Reviewer Score – (None Available Yet)

Where 8th Graders got an R rating, for a humanizing and true to life discussion of an 8th grader pretending to know what a blowjob was, this movie says “Hold my beer” to the ratings board. The main character’s grandmother dies, with the last words of telling her granddaughter to learn how to give a good blowjob as her final words. Look when people die sometimes their brain just rambles out nonsense. It’s not all poetry. On a mission to follow the advice of her dead grandmother, our protaganist goes on a journey to decide who will be her first, and then finds love in an unexpected place.

This movie hides some pretty sweet, and hilarious moments in a premise that probably doesn’t deserve to be so heartfelt. That being said, if you can get past the gimick, and the likely hood that seeing a movie about an underage girl wanting to give a blowjob to someone will put you on a sex offender watchlist, then see this movie.
