Joining the convention, LACC’s newest headliner is Ming-Na Wen for the first time. She’s the star of the animated Mulan, and more recently has been a major force in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as Melinda May, and the second season of Mandalorian as Fennec Shand. Regardless of the role, she brings depth and passion to any character she plays!
As Chris DeMoulin, CEO and General Manager of L.A. Comic Con’s parent Comikaze Entertainment, Ming-Na “…is the only person we know who has been a Disney Princess, a kick-ass Marvel S.H.I.E.L.D. operative, and a feared Star Wars bounty hunter and assassin.” Talk about range! For fans of the Mandalorian they can think of this convention as a mini-reunion as we wait for the next season since Giancarlo Esposito will also be in attendance!
Fans of the actress can pay for photo-ops and autographs, but keep in mind she is only there on Saturday, so keep that in mind when purchasing your tickets!
