Niantic Brings Harry Potter: Wizards Unite Fan Festival To Indianapolis for Labor Day Weekend

This labor day, Niantic is announcing an event, but it’s not for Pokemon Go, it’s for their other game, Harry Potter: Wizards Unite.

If you wish to attend the Fan Festival, then you are going to have to head to the beautiful city of Indianapolis, Indiana at the White River State Park. But this wont just be a day in the park, as they will have transformed the grounds to fit the festival, including amazing lounges.

People in attendance will get to experience new encounters, special assignments, prizes, group events to level up faster, and for the first time – DRAGON ODDITIES:

  • Common Welsh Green
  • Antipodean Opaleye
  • Peruvian Vipertooth
  • Chinese Fireball
  • Dragons
Dragons are coming to Wizards Unite, are you ready?! This is the only time you’ll be able to get all of them in one place. After the Fan Festival, the Dragons will fly away. To get them after that, you’ll have to travel around the world to capture them all.

    Special Assignments
Keep an eye on the Threat Clock as you enjoy the festival, once the clock runs out a state of emergency will be called, and you will have to join in to help solve the problem. To make the experience more fun, the festival will have an actual physical Threat Clock.

More Fun, and Prizes Through The Festival
If you stop by the Greenhouse Lounge you can test your knowledge of the Harry Potter world, and if you are successful, win actual prizes!

If you visit AT&T during the festival they’ll even give you an in-game item and you can enjoy the giant inflatable Niffler photo-op.

    Tickets
Tickets are only available within the Wizard Unite App. You can only get one day though, so choose your day: August 31st or September 1st. Tickets will run out soon.
