Game Theory Gives Their Fans A Chance To Join Giving Tuesday

MatPat at Game Theory for the last couple of years has participated in Giving Tuesday and this year, they are returning to once again. I could explain it to you, but let’s just let good old MatPat do it in his own words!

“As creators who are blessed to have an audience of 30 million, we feel it’s important to use that platform for good and show how important it is to pay it forward. That’s why we’re so thrilled to partner with St. Jude again for our third…and hopefully BIGGEST…Giving Tuesday charity Livestream yet.

More about St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital:
St. Jude has worked for almost 60 years trying to make scientific advancements in the way we treat cancer and other life-threatening diseases in children. One of the major benefits of the hospital is that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food during their child’s stay at the hospital.

Last year they worked with 25 other creators, huge names with a combined over 200 million subscribers! As a result, they raised $3 mil in just nine hours!

Now they are announcing a special lead-up to Giving Tuesday with Fan Fundraiser October…? okay I just made that name up. The people behind Game Theory are hoping to get people together for the special Community Challenge which will allow fans to create their own fundraisers throughout October as part of the larger campaign.

People’s donations and fundraising will unlock signed prizes, and give fans a chance to win a chance to join the live event for Giving Tuesday, this November 30.
