MyHeritage Offers Users Free Access To U.S. Census Records This Weekend!

The Census is very important. It helps tell the federal government what your state needs for resources, as well as how to properly represent your town, city, county, and state from local government all the way to the federal government. It tells people how many hospitals your area needs, how many schools, teachers, and so much more!

However, it’s more important then ever for you and your friends to get out the word on the census, and taking it online. Normally, or at least in past years, Census workers would stop door to door to confirm your information, and manually enter your information for those that did not fill out and mail the form. This year however, it’s out of the question, as people will not, and should not answer the door to strangers.

Party to celebrate the Census, and partly to get the word out, MyHeritage has unlocked the U.S. Census records until this Sunday, April 5, 2020.

If you are locked indoors, and bored, looking for something to do, then take the time to flush out your family tre, and see where you come from with records from 54 U.S. Census collections!
