Storm Kids Presents Stanley’s Ghost – Comic Book Spotlight

We’ve touched down on a lot of Halloween goodies so far this month, but we wanted to take a second to review something for the younger people in our lives.

Storm King Productions just released a child friendly Halloween story for the season called “Stanley’s Ghost,” and we wanted to give it a quick review for the family out there trying to help their tykes get in the holiday spirit, which is going to be really hard this year, and possibly next year.

In this children’s tale, the story starts out focusing on the mystery of who sucked all the juice out of Billy the Duck’s prized gooseberries. The story starts off pretty normal, and unspooky until about 7 pages in, when one of the chief suspects suggests that it could have been the “Ghost of Bunnyburrow Manor.”

The story picks up as Stanley the Squirrel doesn’t believe in ghosts, so the group sets out to the manor to investigate. I don’t want to spoil the story, but it’s a cute and friendly tale, with a positive outcome, and a bit of spookiness in the end which is perfect for young children.

To not have it be the last thing they remember though, the comic adds a couple one page short stories to keep the kiddies in a light hearted spirit.

If you are looking for a fun cute comic for your young kiddies you can pick up a copy of this comic book Here!
